Delivery Method How are the products/services delivered to the customer?
We deliver all physical products through trusted courier partners (e.g., Aramex, Quiqup, or local logistics services). You will receive real-time tracking updates and delivery confirmation. For digital products or services, access or login credentials will be delivered via email immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
Returns:
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return: Item must be in original condition and packaging Product must be unused and undamaged A valid proof of purchase is required Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days Funds will be returned to the original payment method You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
